4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables, code, designs, and materials created during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. karsanpav.com retains the right to use anonymised work as portfolio references.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. No proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement will be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
karsanpav.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Modifications
These Terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
