4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables, code, designs, and materials created during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. karsanpav.com retains the right to use anonymised work as portfolio references.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
karsanpav.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
